What stays on Spark

Archive materials, accounts, questions and answers are stored on Spark. Retrieval and answer generation run locally. Passwords are stored as strong hashes.

What the administrator can see

Sign-ins, questions, answers, sources opened, response times, errors and answer feedback. Question and answer content is retained for 30 days; operational audit records for 90 days. Your account remains until the administrator removes it. Model duration is measured request time, not GPU active time.

External services

The email provider delivers verification and notification messages. Slack receives your name, email, organization and access decision; archive content and questions are excluded. If you choose an external sign-in provider, it participates in authentication. HTTPS access is provided through Tailscale Funnel.

Access control

Registration and invitations do not grant access to the archive. A verified email and administrator approval are required. The administrator can revoke access and end sessions. Contact the portal owner to request changes or deletion of your data.
